Terms and Conditions – 99abai Pakistan Gaming Platform

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings defined below. Understanding these definitions helps you interpret every clause correctly and avoids any confusion about your rights and obligations as a 99abai player.

To access any real-money service at 99abai, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to all eligible players. You are permitted to hold only one account per person — duplicate accounts are a breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all accounts associated with you, forfeiture of any pending bonuses, and possible withholding of funds pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number and a working email address. 99abai reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including but not limited to CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or proof of address — to comply with our know-your-customer obligations.

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 99abai support immediately at support@99abai.ws. 99abai will not be held liable for losses resulting from shared or compromised credentials.

To register and use 99abai's real-money services, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 99abai does not permit anyone under 18 to register or participate in any real-money gaming activity. Age verification is conducted at registration and may be repeated at any time.
• You must be an individual acting on your own behalf — not a company, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 99abai or any other gaming platform you have formally excluded yourself from.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be employed by 99abai, or be an immediate family member of someone employed by 99abai in a role related to product, odds or compliance.

All financial transactions on 99abai are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 99abai does not perform currency conversion, and no foreign currency is accepted. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• Easypaisa — instant processing, minimum deposit Rs 200
• JazzCash — instant processing, minimum deposit Rs 200
• NayaPay — instant processing, minimum deposit Rs 200
• SadaPay — instant processing, minimum deposit Rs 200
• Bank IBFT Transfer — processed within 1–4 hours, minimum deposit Rs 500
• Visa/Mastercard Bank Card — processed within a few minutes, minimum deposit Rs 500

99abai does not charge a deposit fee on any of the above methods. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before transacting. Deposits are credited to your 99abai balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by our system.

99abai reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time. This is a routine fraud prevention measure and applies equally to all players. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days may result in account restrictions.

Withdrawals of real-money balances at 99abai are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protects you as a player. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200 and there is no standard maximum — very large withdrawals may require additional verification.

For fully verified accounts, withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Average 4–5 minutes, maximum 30 minutes
• Bank IBFT: 1–4 hours during business hours; up to 24 hours at weekends
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on your bank

99abai does not charge a withdrawal fee. Processing times stated above begin from the moment your withdrawal request is approved — not from when you submit the request. 99abai aims to approve withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours.

All sports and cricket betting at 99abai — including PSL markets, Pakistan international fixtures, ODI series, T20 internationals, Test matches and other global cricket events — is governed by these general sports betting rules in addition to any market-specific rules displayed at the time of placing your bet.

• Minimum bet: Rs 100 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are shown on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Bet confirmation: A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet receipt with a unique reference number. If you do not receive a receipt, the bet has not been placed and no funds have been deducted.
• Live in-play bets: In-play bets are accepted subject to odds availability. 99abai may suspend markets at any time during live events — particularly during wickets, boundary reviews and DRS decisions — and is not obligated to accept in-play bets at any specific time.
• Abandoned matches: If a cricket match is abandoned before the minimum overs required for an official result, pre-match bets on match winner and most secondary markets are voided and stakes are returned. If a DLS result is reached after the required minimum overs, that result stands.
• Obvious errors: If odds are published due to a technical error or human input mistake that results in a price significantly different from the fair market price, 99abai reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. Players will be notified and stakes refunded in full.
• Maximum payout: Standard PSL and cricket match winner markets carry a maximum payout of Rs 5,00,000 per bet. Accumulator bets have a combined maximum payout of Rs 20,00,000. Market-specific maximums are shown on the bet slip.

99abai uses authoritative data sources for match results. In the event of a dispute about a result, the official governing body's (PCB, ICC or equivalent) published result is final and 99abai will not deviate from it.

99abai offers a range of casino games including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Poker, Slots, Ludo Games and live dealer tables. All games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently audited for fairness and randomness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are available on request.

Specific rules applicable to each game type are displayed within the game interface. By clicking "Deal", "Spin" or equivalent confirmation actions, you accept the game rules for that session. 99abai is not responsible for outcomes resulting from misunderstanding of game rules — please use the demo mode available for most games to familiarise yourself before betting real PKR.

99abai runs promotional offers for new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their individual terms, which are published at the time the offer is announced. In addition to those specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all 99abai promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are visible in your account dashboard as "Bonus Balance".
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real PKR. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly when the offer is presented.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be gifted to other players or accounts.
• 99abai reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion with reasonable notice. Active bonuses that are partway through their wagering requirements will be honoured for a reasonable transition period.
• Players who abuse bonus systems — including creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, or other bonus-manipulation tactics — will have bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts suspended permanently.

The following actions are strictly prohibited at 99abai and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any non-human process to interact with 99abai games or betting markets
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, particularly in poker and other player-versus-player games
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to obtain unfair advantages — any such situations must be reported to support immediately
• Providing false identity information, using another person's payment details or creating accounts on behalf of another person
• Attempting to launder money or use 99abai for any transaction not related to legitimate gaming activity
• Using VPNs, proxies or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or to falsify your location
• Match-fixing, insider betting or placing bets based on non-public information about match outcomes
• Placing bets from accounts held by individuals employed in cricket administration, team management or officiating roles

99abai reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any player account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal or money-laundering activity
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• At the player's own request as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming request

In cases of account suspension for investigation, any real-money balance in the account will be held securely until the investigation is resolved. If the investigation concludes in your favour, your balance will be released in full. If the investigation reveals a breach of these Terms, funds may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Players may close their own 99abai account at any time by contacting support@99abai.ws. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

99abai is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. Gaming should be entertainment — not a source of financial stress or emotional harm. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to every registered player, free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Limits come into effect immediately and can only be decreased immediately — increases take 72 hours to activate, giving you time to reconsider.
• Session Time Reminders: Set notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Remove yourself from the platform for a minimum of 6 months. During self-exclusion, your account is locked and cannot be reopened before the exclusion period ends, regardless of the reason.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from gaming for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without permanent self-exclusion.
• Reality Check: A periodic reminder of how much time and money you have spent in your current session.

All content on the 99abai platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, game interfaces, text, graphics, software and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 99abai or its licensed suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display or create derivative works from any 99abai content without prior written permission.

The 99abai brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary. Using these marks in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation or partnership with 99abai without explicit written consent is prohibited and will be pursued legally.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99abai's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

99abai is not liable for:

• Any loss of profit, opportunity, data or gaming winnings arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including internet service disruptions on your side
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials or failed to keep them secure
• Delays in payment processing caused by your payment provider rather than 99abai
• Decisions made by players under the influence of substances or in emotional distress — 99abai encourages all players to bet responsibly

99abai reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and display a notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the 99abai platform after the notification period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request a withdrawal of your remaining balance before the effective date of the changes.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Archived versions of previous Terms are available upon request from support@99abai.ws.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English (en-PK) and constitute the complete agreement between 99abai and the Player. Any prior verbal or written representations not reflected in these Terms do not form part of the agreement.
